Native parameters

Native ad units are declared with the ORTB-style config on mediaTypes.native.ortb, following the OpenRTB Dynamic Native Ads 1.2 specification. Prebid validates and normalizes that config, and the adapter sends it as the native request; a config Prebid rejects is not sent. The winning bid returns the native response object on bid.native.ortb.

Name Scope Description Example
native.ortb.assets required The assets requested. Each needs a unique integer id; mark the ones the creative must include with required: 1 see the example below
native.ortb.ver optional Native specification version. Defaults to 1.2 '1.2'
native.ortb.plcmttype optional Placement type. (see the Native 1.2 spec for options) 1

methods: [1, 2] }]
native.ortb.privacy optional Set to 1 to indicate the buyer’s privacy notice is supported 1
